We are Cyrus and Rieke Sarajan, the founders of Peace in Christ. Peace in Christ is a ministry for Farsi speaking people. God has called us to plant a church for people that want to live in God’s truth and in the peace of Christ. Our passion is to see God’s kingdom breakthrough in people’s lives and to be a place where heaven and earth connect.

OUR STORY

Cyrus grew up in a religious Muslim family where Muslim tradition was very important. As a child he was hungry to know more about God. Living in different countries for many years, he encountered other religions. He still loved God and wanted to have a relationhip with God, he was searching God and searching the truth.

One night he cried and asked God to show him the truth. That night he had a life-changing encounter with God. In a supernatural way, God has shown that Jesus is the son of God and the only truth. The presence of God changed his life, freed from darkness and gave him new life. His knowlegde of the Bible grew and he had more encounters with God. From that moment on, the fire of ministry came into his heart. God designed his life with a wife and three loving children. Through dreams and visions God has led us to Rafael Amersfoort. God has given us the freedom to grow in knowledge and spiritual faith. It is a blessing and honor that Richard and Jannie Klomp, founders of Rafael Amersfoort en our spiritual parents, have blessed and anointed us as the founders and pastors of Aramesh dar Massih, which means Peace in Christ. We are part of the body of Christ which belongs to the International Foursquare Church. And we are under spiritual covering of Rafael Amersfoort. It is our heart to reach Farsi-speaking people and nations with God’s truth.
